Setting up in business as a factory conveyancing firm is the same as buying cheat codes for a complex video game isn’t it
A good lawyer/conveyancer will have spent years powering up: time served in legal training (strength points), acquiring on the job knowledge (experience points), building relationships with clients and agents (er…how about “chum” points), painstakingly upgrading weapons (from bare hands to a shotgun), improving their armour (from a loincloth to a leather tunic and wooden shield), and stockpiling medipacks and a large ammunition dump for when the big battles come
Not so the factory conveyancers. With their cheat codes untrained staff will immediately acquire a healthy quota of agent referrals and be equipped with the latest high tech shiny bullet-proof armour. Scavenging the lands for something that passes as a gun won’t be a problem: their default weapon is a tank that will arbitrarily launch misdirected rockets in the hope of hitting something, and if that fails then it can always smash through everything
However, there are 2 cheat codes they won’t have: unlimited ammo and unlimited lives. Staff retention and the inherent flaws in their business model mean it’s soon Game Over for them
