Do I have a problem, or am I just the master at not losing drum keys? 😉🥁🤓 . . . Finding the perfect drum key is as important as finding the perfect pair of sticks. The perfect drum key provides a better tuning experience because it becomes an extension of your hands as it is just the right fit for you in the drum keys’ shape, size, and feel. Additionally, you are less likely to lose something you have invested time into purchasing. In the end, I hope this provides some awareness to search for the right single drum key or pair of drum keys that will make tuning your drums a little less dreadful. 🥁🤓😉 I hope this helps. OOO season is reaaal. I think for me, this has been the worst July for replies and OOO since I started in digital PR… so what can you do? - Be transparent with clients! There’s no point trying to blag it, depending on your audience and target sectors, sometimes it’s just worth letting your clients know that things can be a little slower this time of year. - Use the time to plan. Ideation, campaign production, reporting… now is a great time to get the next half of the year organised (as much as you can ever organise PR). Get a quote bank built, create a calendar for awareness days until Xmas and look at last years news stories for your clients sectors this time last year. - Don’t turn to spray and pray. I know it’s so hard when you have targets or clients asking where their coverage is, but sending another 100 emails to journalists who realistically aren’t your targets isn’t going to help the situation and could hurt your chances of coverage for a future campaign. Finally…. Keep calm. It’s PR not ER and one or two slow months isn’t going to have a huge impact on the results over a year. Use this time to be strategic and if you can… enjoy a bit of this time off too!
