Some clever thematic pricing, that's also appetizing for "value oriented" customers - (like me)😋. One commenter even suggested nickel ($0.05) pricing to represent the original IRT fare maintained for over 50 years.(!) The cobranded wrapper with route strip to Zabar's destination is also nicely done in period appropriate graphics & font. BTW After seeing this add, I will be rerouting my commute to make the most of it ; - )
Bagel lovers, this one's for you! 🥯 To celebrate the 120th anniversary of the NYC subway and the 90th birthday of Zabar's, we've teamed up to bring you some Commuter Specials! From this Thursday (October 24) through Sunday (October 27), between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., you can find these great deals at Zabar's on the Upper West Side: • $1.20 bagel with cream cheese • $2.90 bagel with cream cheese and coffee (in honor of the NYC subway fare) • $9.90 bagel with cream cheese and Nova lox (a nod to Zabar's 90th birthday this year) See you there!

𝗜𝗻𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲; Since it is imperative that in determining application for extension of time within which to appeal, each case has to be decided on its own peculiar facts & circumstances, it is thus clear that in such an application the facts to be taken into consideration are however inexhaustive. With Halloween upon us, how might brands leverage this fun spirit to showcase character and capabilities? 👻⚡ I'm all about brands that get creative with cultural cues to spark shares. At Gewiss we saw an opportunity to experiment with a more lighthearted tone while delivering an instructive case study in strategic storytelling. Here the secret ingredients we use to cook this piece of content: 1️⃣ First Leveraging cultural moments like this to showcase brand personality 💯 2️⃣ Then, weaving in core differentiators nourishes brand trustworthiness. 🔄 3️⃣ Lastly Striking that balance of entertainer and adviser extends reach while cultivating likability. 🤟 Kudos to the team behind the scenes Alessandro Belotti Federica Capitanio 💡 Any other examples of companies embracing holidays to foster rapport? Hit me - I'm keen to pass insightful strategies and contents !🤙
Some projects can be scary. But with the right partner, there’s nothing to fear. At GEWISS, we are always proud to put our products at the service of your goals. Even the most ambitious ones... Happy Halloween!

Holiday Fun at Work: Don’t Be the Festivity Enforcer! 😁 Holiday time at work can be a blast…Secret Santa, desk decorating, potlucks, you name it! But let’s be real…not everyone’s jolly about joining in the reindeer games. There are people who don’t want to throw a tinsel parade! (Note: Hey, I do! If you’re having a tinsel parade, please invite me)! 🤣 If someone doesn’t want to put on a Santa hat or share their grandma’s casserole recipe, let it go! They’re not being a Scrooge; they’re just setting boundaries (which, honestly, is a gift we all could use)! Let people opt out without feeling guilty. The gift of “no pressure” is priceless. Some team members just prefer to keep their holiday spirit low-key, and pressuring them only makes things awkward. But hey, that doesn’t mean everyone else can’t have a holly jolly good time! Go ahead and rock that ugly sweater contest or compete for the most over-the-top desk décor. So, lead like a pro this season - - we need to spread goodwill, not guilt. As for me…I’ll be there…spiking the eggnog! 🤣

This is a great free resource! 🎉 I would add the following: - Communicate this information multiple times and in multiple ways e.g., comms, calendar invites, announcements at the event etc. - Be really clear about the start and end times of the event. If there's no afterparty, make sure you state that. - The safe departure information is so important. Actively stating that you're providing this because you don't want people to drink and drive for their safety can help your team why you are doing this. Sharing the 'why' can help with uptake and normalise the concept of accepting support. - Remember your positive duty around sexual harassment. Include events in your risk register and manage it accordingly. - Talk to your people after the event and remind them that you're open for a chat if they have concerns. #HR #HumanResources #WorkEvents

Happy Thanksgiving! Do you know what this is? Today, Thanksgiving is a secular, family-centered holiday marked by gatherings, feasts, and expressions of gratitude. Typical celebrations include large meals featuring turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie, as well as traditions like parades and football games. It’s held on the fourth Thursday of November in the U.S. Even though we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving in Brazil, it is an important date that could be remembered each day, even if just a bit. What are you grateful for today? #businessenglish #englishforleaders #inglesparalíderes #aprendaingles #inglesparatrabalho #aulasdeingles #vocabularioingles #thanksgiving #thanksgiving2024

Sometimes, letting the engineering team speak to the real problems can motivate the client towards real solutions. This whole notion of sales teams and engineering teams not being on the same page is a problem that I continually have to solve for companies, when brought in to handle "system issues". Sales teams provide feedback for engineers on the customer experience, and defines the fiscal opportunity/risk. Engineering teams provide insights to sales on design decisions, scheduling, known solutions, and should be the metric for a businesses productivity levels. It's very common for sales and engineering teams to not be on the same page, and the worst part of it is the number of companies who are okay keeping these skeletons in the closet - because who wants to take responsibility for the problem when it's you? #engineeringproblems #technicaldebt #brokencode #spaghetti #cicd #mismanagement #guidelines #regulations #procedures #mobileapp #softwaredeveloper

Win a 4 day trip to Peacock Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade... * includes roundtrip airfare to NY * 4 night stay in Manhattan hotel * 4 tickets to Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade https://lnkd.in/gu2tp8KC I only posted this because I initiated the China being the largest owner of GE that owns NBC Universal Peacock account back in 1978, 46 years ago (same year I initiated China being the largest owner of Disney account & Disney owns ABC, CBS, FOX, Fox films, Lucas films, Pixar films, & Blue Sky films and with the profit from that China now owns 5000+ US companies that employ 5,000,000+ US workers). I also made $3.4T for the US Treasury in 2004 making me the primary owner of all US workers since 2004. So no, your largest owner is not a kid. But yes, I already fulfilled the prophecy 'and a little one shall lead them' as an 8 year old prodigy preacher in 78 same year I won a GE science contest that got me flown to Disneyworld followed by Hawaii to initiate those 2 big accounts with China since I'm Chinese American (not Korean that evil war profiteering dark tares have been tricking TV idiots to say so they would lose their job for slurring against their largest owner so the dark tare can take over their job) & related to the 1st Emperor of China over 5000 years ago on my mother's side (the King side). But I was born in Ohio & had only been to China only once in my life, so I'm actually pretty clue-less about China. My family moved to California in 89 (39 years ago) because we had kin here since the 1800's that built the railroads followed by the Chinese Theatre in the early 1900's that was built with actual parts taken from the real Chinese Emperor's Temple built 4000+ years ago & is so big, it's called the Forbidden City. The first show in the Chinese Theatre in LA was 'King of Kings' about Jesus Christ. Ironically, if you pray & ask Jesus Christ or the Holy Mary who I am, by holy miracle, they both point up because my line started over 3000 years ago before Christ. Shem traveled to where China is over 5000 years ago to where China is to start the Shemitic aka Semitic line aka root of David line aka the Chosen messengers of God by blood line. That's why so many previous chosen messengers of God lived so long. And that's why I'm 54 but look 25. It's the one line you can not blaspheme against or you get cursed.
