A familiar rule will be changing on October 28th, 2024, under the new Procurement Act. The of the SQ requirement will go, and will be replaced by "conditions of participation", probably CoP. Additionally, there will be changes to the rules regarding the exclusion of providers, some of which will be applied retrospectively. It is crucial to gain an understanding of your potential eligibility as a provider that is likely to be accepted by a buyer as soon as possible. We have also provided short summaries of seven government guidance documents in our newsletter this week. Stay informed and prepared for these upcoming changes in the procurement regulations.
