What started as a curious quest to gather better, more statistically significant data on OD income and net worths became something far bigger. Seeing this post struck a cord deep in my heart strings. The constant effort we put into grabbing the biggest and most diverse sample size. The hours and days we poured into analyzing data and producing charts/graphs. The fact that it’s helped multiple ODs negotiate better wages and in turn better quality of life makes it all worth it. We’re looking forward to an even bigger and better survey for this year!
THIS. This right here is why we do what we do. Since Day 1, our mission has been to provide the necessary resources to achieve financial freedom both personally and in practice for every OD. The 2023 Income Report was a large endeavor, but we did it because industry data was so lacking with narrow sample sizes of 250-500 ODs. We were able to survey over 1900 ODs to create a more robust and detailed report. We are so happy that ODs have been using this data to leverage their true worth as associates, as well as owners using this data to better understand what a competitive offer looks like.
