The volatility of airline operators are the aspirations on setting up and operating an airline with all the content on the vision board as pitched by an appointed proponent but has no clue on what the airline aspiration or "want" to put it simply is all about. Love the livery on this Delta Airlines plane ( see link below) Seems Delta believes in the truism "Look after your people and they will look after your business!". In the case of Delta their business is customer service delivered via an airline operation. As I have posted previously, retailers can learn much from good airline operators like Delta and Emirates when it comes to "team focus". #Retail #benchmarks #CustomerService #Stafffocus
