#WeAreHiring #JobOpportunity We Are Hiring for a Marketing & Admin Assistant, with focus on global brand promotion while working remotely or hybrid. We need someone with a BIG Vision and BIG Heart with experience in Marketing a #personalbrand or #businessbrand The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned. This position will involve taking responsibility for a multitude of tasks as required and can change depending on proximity to events, so flexibility is required. Responsibilities • The creation of targeted email campaigns designed to inform, educate and generate sales • Writing copy for email campaigns, blogs, websites and newsletters • Scheduling of social media across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) • The creation of online banners and flyers for use on social media & online advertisements • Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material • Familiar with a variety of office concepts, practices and procedures. • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are delivered with high quality and in a timely manner • Customer Care relations and follow ups with our international clients • Must be a team player – this one is non-negotiable to work as part of our team. Qualifications • At least 1 year of experience in the marketing and admin or related fields • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Proficient with Apple products or able to learn • Excellent written English and communication skills • Proficient in Canva or Photoshop (or both) Industry • Professional Training and Coaching - Position Type: Permanent - Position Hours: Full Time - Position Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday - Salary: from £24k - £28k (with performance based bonuses, can earn up to £40k) 💫 Location: Must be based in the UK ONLY To start January 2025 If you know someone, have them email: alex@camilita.com with Resume, Cover, Letter and why them.
