Aimee Schlueter CPC, ELI-MP tried to explain what I do... and called it ‘voodoo!’ But it’s not magic — it’s real results, and they happen fast. That’s why they call me The Body Whisperer! I help people feel better in minutes, not months. So, let me ask you: are you ready for change, or are you comfortable with the status quo, thinking things just have to stay the same? I’m not! I stay optimistic because I know change can happen without meds or just settling. Drop a 💪 if you’re ready to feel the difference in minutes, or a 🤷♀️ if you’re still on the fence. Let’s chat and see what we can do! #increasemobility #increaseROM

Leaders, Throughout my global career, I have rarely missed a workout or neglected to eat nutritious food. This message is especially for young adults and professionals starting their careers: prioritize your health from the beginning. The corporate world can be toxic, affecting us personally and our families unless we take charge of our health. While travel, hotels, and restaurants are wonderful for experiencing life, building friendships, and enjoying diverse cultures, they also come with a cost. Every decision we make, or fail to make, has consequences. Consuming anything and everything just because it’s available or someone else is paying for it can take a heavy toll on our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Watch this short video to discover simple steps you can take to prioritize your health above all else. Remember, no excuses—your health should always come first. Please share what you carry to hack your fitness workout on the road! https://lnkd.in/es-UqQmp #AmericancollegeofLifestyleMedicine #SalesforceOhana #Inspireother #leadershipbyexample #leadership #CEO #Gradautes2024 #Gradautes2023 #internationalstudents #Schoolofgreatness #Jayshetty #RadicalCandor #Howleaderslead #HBRideacast #Daretolead #boomi #leadershipbyexample #leadershipqualities #leaderships #ceotalks #ceotips #determination #salesforceohana #missiondriven #courageousleadership #lifestylemedicine #mentalheath #goalsetter #successfactors #sucessstory #failureispartofsuccess #failurestories #immigrantstories #immigrants #immigrantswelcome #trailblazers #tonyrobbins #innerstrength #resolve #cnn #cnnnews #ajc #newyorktimes #inspirepeople #inspiresomeone #inspiresuccess #penguinrandomhouse #wiley #simonsinek #SimonandSchuster Nishant Bhardwaj T. 💭 Is the Physical Therapy Profession Weak and Submissive? Are we pushing boundaries and leading the way in healthcare, or are we settling for less than we’re capable of? What’s holding us back—or is this just a misconception? Drop your thoughts below! 👇 #PhysicalTherapy #Leadership #ChallengeTheNorm

Gratitude research finds gratitude to be a positive difference maker, albeit with a limited demographic. Buried deep in the article are three methods that I have found useful: gratitude journaling, which peaked during COVID but is still one of the best parts of my day; writing thanks, which I have focused on in transition times; and more explicit verbal thank yous (which we counsel people to do as leaders in the workplace and abbreviate to the acronym BIF, behavior described, positive impact on me and future repetition possibilities!).
Practicing gratitude could help you live longer, new study says — CNN

You can know better. And, oops. Why do we make bad decisions? How do we unhitch ourselves from the mantra: Hard work pays off in the future. But [insert favorite bad decision] pays off right now. This week we listened to behavioral economist and health policy expert David Asch talk about how to influence our irrational ways for the better. #BehavioralScience #DecisionMaking

Every morning I sit quietly on my patio, and as I do, thoughts and inspirations come to me. Here’s my newest pondering - it’s a “what if” question. I like to play this game when I feel stuck. There’s a lot of push these days to put employees on Performance Improvement Plans. JUST WRITING THE WORDS Performance Improvement Plans MAKES ME CRINGE. WHAT IF the management team wrote that plan for themselves before even speaking to an employee? I wonder how they could and WOULD improve as leaders if they only looked at their skills and processes first. We all can improve in many job performance areas. Many want to. However, without true leadership it can be next to impossible - AND I MEAN LEADERSHIP, not management. There is a difference. How many people in leadership roles these days have no clue? Maybe some do but have no idea where to begin creating change? I don’t know the answers to these questions. What I do know is….Creating changes within oneself goes a LONG way towards making things different and often better (think “Fixed vs Growth Mindset,” that’s a book by Carol Dweck-I highly recommend). Here are my (other) top 3 suggestions… 1. Stop judging. Read “Judgment Detox” by Gabby Bernstein then practice it. Kudos to you if you actually do this…it’s not easy but a total game changer). 2. Listen more. It’s not always necessary to answer or respond. Just listen. 3. Start trusting-yourself and others. Results are magical. If we aren’t part of the solution we are part of the problem. I don’t know about you, but I’m a solution’s gal! I want to help in a meaningful way. If you have some time, please consider filling out this survey: https://lnkd.in/eVj-YWEU I'd appreciate it immensely 💖
