Congratulations, Katie, for being our Inclusion Companion of the week! Katie has been doing an amazing job this summer supporting her participant. How mentally fit are they to handle the inevitable challenges ahead, stay agile, and achieve your goals? I recently partnered with ITUS Secure Technologies at Catalyst Derry, for a powerful session on mindset, mental agility, and time management. Exactly what they needed to bring their 2025 OKRs to life 🎯 Clare Ryan, co-founder, knows that without investing in their people, even the best strategies can fall short. They’re already gearing up for the New Year, with a new product launch ITUS Protect. Does this sound familiar? 🔥 Constantly reacting to urgent issues instead of leading with strategy 📊 Overwhelmed by tasks that should be delegated 🔁 Frustrated from repeating the same instructions 💸 Facing costly mistakes due to lack of accountability It’s time to break the cycle. Stop reacting—start leading. By strengthening mental fitness and building accountability, I am partnering with ITUS Secure Technologies team move their mindsets firmly to proactive—empowering their managers and freeing up leadership to focus on what really matters. Now, they’re ready to take 2025 by storm. 💬 Tired of being stuck in the same patterns? Ready to lead with confidence and clarity? Let’s talk. This has been on our minds a lot lately, culture is created by your values and priorities, they matter. Values: 👩🎓 Respect & Accountability: Valuing all individuals and treating everyone fairly, while taking responsibility for one’s own actions and outcomes. 👭 Customer Commitment: Prioritizing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. 💡 Diversity and Inclusion: Valuing diverse perspectives and creating an inclusive environment for all employees. 📚 Continuous Improvement: Always seeking ways to enhance processes and outcomes. 🌟 Work-Life Balance: Promoting a healthy balance between work and personal life. Priorities: ➕ Employee & Cultural Development: Nurturing a positive and productive workplace culture, while investing in training and career growth opportunities for staff. 💵 Financial Performance/Stability: Maintaining and improving upon profitability and financial health of the company. 💹 Market Expansion: Seeking opportunities for growth in new markets. 💾 Operational Efficiency: Streamlining processes to enhance productivity. 💬 Customer Retention: Focusing on keeping existing customers engaged and satisfied. How do these compare to your values and priorities? Do you resonate with anything in there? I'd love to hear what other people have prioritized and valued. We are all different.
🌟 Happy National Family Day! 🌟 Today, let’s take a moment to celebrate the incredible bonds we share with our families—whether by blood or by choice. These relationships are often the foundation of our lives, and they reflect core values that resonate deeply in both our personal and professional worlds: love, trust, and respect. ❤️ Love is the glue that holds us together. It nurtures our connections and inspires us to support one another through thick and thin. 🤝 Trust builds the framework for strong relationships. In both our families and workplaces, trust fosters open communication, collaboration, and innovation. 🙏 Respect is essential for creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Just as we honor our family members’ differences and perspectives, we must also extend that respect to our colleagues and teams. On this special day, let’s commit to embodying these values in every aspect of our lives. Together, we can create a culture of love, trust, and respect that extends beyond our families and into our workplaces and communities. How do you celebrate these values in your life? Share your thoughts in the comments! ⬇️ We can all get inspiration from new ideas. #NationalFamilyDay #CoreValues #LoveTrustRespect #FamilyFirst #Community

Three lessons you could learn from a place where "Everybody knows your name", as I catch up with old friend Brenna Nan Schneider for wings and beers in Boston: 1️⃣ Create a Welcoming Environment 🌟 Cheers is a place where everyone feels at home. 🏠 Whether it’s your workplace, social group, or community, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment helps build strong, lasting relationships. 2️⃣ Celebrate Individuality 🎉 The Cheers gang is a mix of diverse personalities, from Norm’s easygoing nature to Diane’s intellectual charm. Embracing and celebrating each person’s unique qualities enriches the group dynamic and strengthens bonds. 3️⃣ Be There for Each Other 🤗 Through ups and downs, the Cheers family always supports one another. Whether it’s lending an ear or offering a helping hand, being dependable and supportive is key to maintaining close friendships. Cheers to building your own family of friends! 🥂 And looking forward to building more friendships at EMP tomorrow Brian Brault! #FriendshipGoals #Community #Inclusivity #CelebrateDiversity #SupportSystem #CheersTV #LifeLessons

As the last of the Pride parades fade into memory and the rainbow flags are tenderly folded away, a vital question lingers in the air, touching hearts and minds with a gentle yet urgent call. What will you do in the months after Pride to make the world a brighter, more inclusive place for everyone? This thought struck me as I walked through the vibrant celebrations across Boston, my heart full of gratitude for the freedoms we cherish and the progress we've made. Yet, as June gives way to July, the spirit of Pride beckons us not to pack it away but to carry it forward, transforming our collective joy into action. How can we extend this momentum beyond the confines of a single month and make every day a testament to love, acceptance, and unity? Imagine a world where each month after Pride is dedicated to furthering the cause of equality and compassion—'Nourish Month' to feed our souls and the souls of others, 'Protect Month' to defend the rights and dignity of all, 'Nurture Month' to foster growth and well-being within our communities, and 'Care Month' to demonstrate empathy and support across divides. What role will you play in bringing these ideals to life? How will you contribute to building a safer, kinder, and more nurturing world for the generations to come? The legacy of Pride is not confined to June; it's a living, breathing movement that thrives on our daily actions and commitments. It challenges us to ask not only how we can celebrate our pride but how we can live it out in ways that uplift and protect those around us. What will you do in the coming months to answer this call? Your actions, no matter how small, have the power to weave a tapestry of change that envelops the world in warmth, understanding, and inclusivity. #ActionAfterPride #LiveOutLoud #MakeADifferenceEveryDay #mirandism #unapologetic #unapologeticdude

*Something about working hard and playing hard* But for real, I feel that street culture is an underestimated format for connecting with young people. Street culture has a stigma because of gangs, bad apples, and the rowdiness of loud music on a street corner, but honestly, it's a place where I've felt most accepted. I don't know about y'all, but I feel like I learned the most in my life from my peers, and when young people gather to express themselves, we learn etiquette, respect, and build confidence in our skills together. Street culture isn't all about skills and making moves; it's also about connecting with the people around you to do something bigger than yourselves. A connection I like to make to young Indigenous people is just like we have Elders at our events and ceremonies to ensure we are holding true to our traditions; we also have OG's at hip-hop events to respect the culture they built and ensure we are continuing on with their blessings. If you want to connect with young people, it's an asset to understand the nuances of street culture and expression. #FrayedFeathers #Indigenous #IndigenousYouth #YouthReconciliation #Reconciliation #IndigenousPolicy #Policy #Advocacy #SkateBoarding

In celebration of Pride Month, we want to share how important it is to be an ally to the 2SLGBTQI+ community and champion diversity in the workplace. Recently, we hosted a great discussion with some of our employees about what it means to be an ally and how we can support a culture of understanding, belonging, inclusivity, and allyship. Here are some insights that came from the discussion: ➡️ Actively listen and learn about the whole person. How they identify is only one part of who they are so take the time to get to know them. ➡️ Take the time to build your knowledge and awareness about people who are different from you. ➡️ Take the time to acknowledge your biases and how they may be affecting your actions. ➡️ Stand up and address situations when others are saying things that aren’t supportive of others. ➡️ Be brave and have the confidence to support your peers On behalf of eSentire, Happy Pride! 🏳️🌈

Dydd Gŵyl Dewi hapus! Happy St David’s Day! The first of March is Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Sant, or St David’s Day, the day when Wales celebrates its patron saint. A renowned preacher, his final words to his followers before his death on 1 March 589 were “Be joyful, keep the faith, and do the little things that you have heard and seen me do.” St David believed that we should “do the little things”, the small, considerate things that often make a big difference. What's one small thing you could do today that might make a big difference somewhere or to someone? - Check in with a friend or colleague you’ve not spoken to for a while? - Smile at someone as you pass them in the office or in the street? - Make someone a cuppa? - Let someone know you think they’re doing a great job? You never know how the small thing that you do might impact someone else’s day 😊 Let us know the little things that you do to make a difference. #Kindness #Wellbeing #WellbeingAtWork #Support #HR #HRCommunity #Inclusion #Recognition

Waking up today, our oldest son is now the same age and in the same grade that I was in 23 years ago, on September 11, 2001. It’s a humbling moment to reflect on how much has changed—and how much has stayed the same. On this day of remembrance, I pause to honor the lives lost, the bravery displayed, and the unity we felt as a nation in the face of tragedy. The memories of that day still stir deep emotions, but they also remind me of the importance of empathy and compassion in the world we’re shaping for the next generation. As we continue to grow and learn, it’s important to carry forward the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We live in a world that is more connected than ever before. Our differences—whether in background, culture, or perspective—should be celebrated, for they make us stronger and more resilient. Today, let’s honor those we lost by building a future where every voice is heard, where compassion leads, and where we stand together, united in the hope of a more just and inclusive world.
