Nishant Sondhi real estate syndications are a good investment, but as with any investment there are risks. Doing your due diligence is still necessary as a passive investor, but once you find someone that you are comfortable with don’t be afraid to go after your dreams.

This is very insightful Nishant Sondhi one of the major risk I think that has been overlooked is number 4 - we need to look at the compliance for each areas so that if it affects the assest we will know ahead of time
