I was recently cold-called to sponsor a first-time event in a non-competitive industry serving the same demographic as CyberSecureRIA. The gentleman behind the event had ambitious targets, estimating that 150-300 out of approximately 600 MQA firms in his target geography would attend. After reviewing the data, I found that there are likely around 425 MQA firms in the area, meaning capturing 35%-50% of the market is necessary to meet his goals. With no direct marketing in place, the chances of success seem minimal. You can deliver the best service and be the most knowledgeable about an industry, but you still need to know the market to deliver results at scale, and set achievable goals.

👏 A variety of new categories have been added to the the 2025 (19th annual) #StevieAwards for Sales & Customer Service, the top honors for departments, teams, and professionals worldwide who work in customer service, contact centers, business development, and sales. This new category, "Customer Service Transformtaion Award," recogizes organizations for their improvements in #customerservice performance since July 1, 2022. Nominations should quantify the performance improvement, based on your KPIs and any other indicators you measure. Learn more about entry requirements by requesting your entry kit ➡️ https://hubs.ly/Q02PPbJs0 🌟In addition to the possibility of receiving a peer-reviewed honor in this category, all nominated customer service departments that are chosen Stevie winners ALSO will be included in voting for the People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Customer Service. ☑️ Online voting will open to the public worldwide from early to late March. We will provide Finalists in these categories with tools to help you encourage your fans, followers and customers to vote for you. The nominee with the most votes in each category will receive a special crystal People's Choice Stevie Award (100 votes minimum required to win.). 🐦 The early-bird entry deadline, with discounted entry fees, for the 2025 competition is October 11.

Celebrating our member wins inside LMC last month 🎉🌴 We looked at the theme of ‘Mindset’ during February. And certainly had our patience tested when it came to getting our email marketing authentication all ticked off.
