Virtual farm tours and facilitating cross farmer to farmer dialogue will help close technological gaps and rapidly spread contextualised information especially around climate change and biodiversity. A positive of Covid-19 was an acceleration in platforms such as teams and zoom. Glad to see such technologies being applied to a different problem. There were people from 40 different countries logged in (would be interesting to know how many farmers). With Improving Resiliance and Sustainability within our food production systems becoming more pressing especially in the face of climate change a little positivity for your Monday morning. Farmers taking practical action to put their heads together and sharing challenges and solutions. Let’s support such grassroots led initiatives another Haygrove first. Hopefully the first of many.
