💪With confidence comes action! 💸 Paul and partner Amanda, are an example of someone who educates themselves (listeners of the property couch podcasts), builds confidence, then seeks advise. A few years ago, they sought advise from Empower Wealth, working with our property planner, Brendan Vaughan, and me on how to build wealth through property investment. This helped further their “confidence” and be “savvy” with their money management. Since then we have helped them purchase investment #1, using buyer’s agents Mitchell Gough. That property has grown from $550,000 to $670,000 (13.29% annual growth), allowing us to tap into equity and go again. As per their property plan, they are now finance ready to purchase their 2nd investment property. A testament to their hard work and action, something they have been able to pass on to their children, building a legacy that will last a lifetime.
