The mistake you’re likely to repeat this year… We all know the marketplace is about to change as we enter into the festive season, December right? First of all, prices of goods will spike, then, customer preferences will shift. For instance, my gifts and surprise business clients will now want more festive packages and more themed surprises, but that's general. A more specific question to ask is, 'What themes are they likely to request for?' I'm going to show you how to find answers that work for such a question but before that, I want to say that asking this question especially at this time will help you to plan ahead and escape the price spikes that will surely come 😂. Now let's get into it: To effectively answer such a question, 1. Use the internet; There are several tools you can use to research current trends in your industry. A good example is Google's google trends. It'll give you real time informaton on current trends in your industry then, you can make preparations with that information. Explore it and let me know if it helps. 2. Diversify your revenue streams: This is something that I add to my Black Friday posts but it's fitting that it should be here. What you're going to do is, create packages around the current trend and interests of your clients. Using myself as an example again, My clients know to expect special Xmas packages and possibly, discounted themed surprises. Those are just a few. Create similar things for your business in anticipation of the holiday season.
