And this is one thing I can share as well. Every generation should want to see the next generation do better, right. You know, and my my grandparents and both my parents, I never saw or since they were intimidated by what they saw in my life, they encouraged it and promoted it and, you know, pushed me and really thrusted me you know, into pursuant the greatness that God had for me. So. You know. Yeah, absolutely. Because you know, and I love you said because we I've seen them myself where the generation. Or will see get intimidated like, Oh yeah, you're doing better than I am, right. So they embraced it. Yeah. No. Like, let me show you what I what I have. Let me give it to you. Kindly go further. We don't have the time to you. Absolutely awesome right there. Yeah. And they're scared this time because the changes that come along with them. Absolutely. Stuck in their own ways so that, yeah, they were open to letting you be you. Absolutely. You know, one of the things because growing up in the church, you grew up around a lot of wisdom, right. You also grew up around a lot of what not to do just as much as you grow up around what to do. And one of the issues, to your point, Brittany, that sometimes the older generation has been guilty of is creating boundaries where there should be bridges, right. And so, you know, don't don't try to, you know, keep me out and. Yeah. You can't come over here like, no, like it. Give me a seat at the table. That doesn't necessarily mean that I have to talk, but at least give me the opportunity to hear, you know, be around what I need to be familiar with so that when it is my time, you've created that bridge, right, For me to be able to more smoothly transition, right. So less boundaries, more bridges. And you know that that's what I'm looking to do with my son, for my son. First time Dad. You know, my wife and I had our first child December 22. And that's the thing that I'm, I'm, I'm working to live in front of him. Absolutely. So, you know, being that bridge for him, because I want him to go way farther than I, yeah.

Fabulous message. Beyond impressed with the things you have to say. “More bridges; fewer boundaries” indeed.
My dad was a Greatest Generation man who grew up in poverty on a small farm during the Depression and fought in WW2. Went to college and got his Masters Degree on the GI Bill. He LIVED this philosophy you just espoused, and I (and hopefully my kids) are the better for it.
It’s called pouring into your people and leaving a legacy. One of our prime directives from God.

I Help Agency Owners Scale Sales With Proven Systems That Deliver Predictable Growth
🔹Ex Twitter, Time Doctor & Liteflow VP of Sales
What separates a 7-figure business from an 8-figure business?
In my experience working with both,
One key difference stands out:
SYSTEMS!
Companies that hit 8-figures don’t just rely on a great product or hard work.
They scale by refining their sales processes, investing in repeatability, and empowering teams to win.
Check out this clip from my recent interview where I dive deeper into this distinction.

😁 Wellness Wednesday - Robin Sharma edition
In the spirit of wellness Wednesday I love how Robin reminds us that there are many types of wealth which we don't always think about when working on our goals.
On the road to success don't forget to take care of yourself. You could be 'cash rich' but 'life poor'.
What are you doing to create 'wealth' in your life?
