#CelebrationFriday - it's corny, I know. Do you celebrate the small victories you have during the week? I didn't use to celebrate anything - for different reasons. 1️⃣ Celebrating with bubbles is not my thing - and with my feed overflowing with bubbles-celebration I felt that this was the only right way to do it. I know, I know - it's really not the only way. But it ways really hard for me to find something to celebrate with. 2️⃣ I discovered that I often didn't think my victory was big enough to celebrate or complete enough to celebrate. Or something else (fill in, whatever reason you resonate with) enough to celebrate. 3️⃣ I realised it was a self-worth thing. I didn't feel worthy of my victories. That's why they were never enough. And it felt wrong to celebrate. Now I celebrate small things and big things. And I don't need anything to celebrate with. For me - now - celebration is a feeling! It's beeing proud of myself for: - having done small things, that I know is good for me. - reaching my tiny goals and my big goals - finacial or other wise - doing things that are difficult but good for me - balancing my life including work, family etc. - having said no to what is not right for me 🎉 And today I am celebrating a BIG victory. 🎉 I am celebrating that during this week, I have been very good at following my gut-feeling in almost every decision I have made, even though I felt the pressure to ignore it. What are you celebrating today? Big or small, please do share 🥳 #Celebration #Victory #Wins #Friday

Happy Thanksgiving from the Giove family! 🧡 As I take a moment to pause today, my heart is full of gratitude for the amazing people I get to connect with—clients, colleagues, friends, and family. Each of you brings something special to the table, and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to grow, collaborate, and celebrate wins (big and small) together. This season, I’ve been reflecting on how gratitude isn’t just a one-day event. It’s a mindset—a way to see the good in every situation, even the challenges. It’s about appreciating the little moments: 🍂 A kind word from a client. 🍂 A teammate stepping up to help. 🍂 Even those “oops” moments that teach us lessons we didn’t know we needed. So today, I want to share my gratitude with you. Thank you for being part of this journey—whether we’ve worked together, shared advice, or simply connected in passing. Your presence makes a difference. Wishing you a holiday filled with warmth, laughter, joy and magic ✨ . . . . . #thanksgiving2024 #gratitude #thanksfullness #thankyou #ConstructionLeadership #OperationsManagement #LeadershipInAction #ResilientLeadership #BuildingSolutions #OperationalExcellence #GrowthMindset

What Will You Celebrate This Week? Each week, we grind away countless hours in our work, often returning home feeling drained and with little left in the tank. While we readily share our frustrations and feelings of overwhelm about the myriad tasks we haven’t completed, we often overlook the importance of acknowledging our accomplishments—especially the small ones. Within us lies a fountain of inspiration and motivation. We can tap into it by taking a moment to reflect on what we have achieved, what we did well, and how we overcame challenges. Yet, we often wait for external validation from others or dismiss our achievements as too ordinary or mundane to celebrate. As a result, we grind into the next week without pausing to recognize our progress. At the end of today, give yourself a moment to ask: - What did I accomplish this week? (Remember, it doesn’t have to be a monumental achievement; even small victories matter.) - How will I celebrate what I accomplished? (This could be a personal treat or something you share with someone else.) - What worked? What didn’t? What will I do differently or change next week? (Use this as an opportunity to learn and foster personal growth.) Much love, Charles

🎉 Let’s Celebrate YOU! 🎉 For the past two weeks, I’ve been reflecting on an incredible milestone—17 years in business. But this post isn’t about that—it’s about YOU. Here’s what struck me during this time: we don’t celebrate ourselves nearly enough. We wait for the “big” moments—a milestone birthday, a promotion, or something we think is “worthy” enough—to pause and recognize how amazing we are. But why wait? Every achievement matters—big or small. The hard days you pushed through, the moments you showed up when it wasn’t easy, the things you created, learned, or accomplished—they all deserve to be celebrated. So today, let’s flip the focus to YOU. 👉 In the comments, share something you’re proud of: A recent win (big or small). A moment you pushed through doubt. Something that reminds you that YOU are an amazing human being. Let this be your reminder to take a moment to celebrate yourself. No matter where you are on your journey, you’ve come so much farther than you realize. I can’t wait to celebrate YOU. Let’s fill this post with wins and inspiration! 🎉 #CelebrateYou #ShareYourWins #ProudMoments #LinkedInCommunity

Sunday Celebrations With Cath.🤩 We don't celebrate enough, especially the little things so let’s celebrate this week before we move rapidly into next week. Celebrating the little wins as well as the big stuff in our lives is so great for us in so many ways. It helps to: Boosts our mood Helps to grow our confidence, self-worth, self-esteem, self-value and self-love. It shows us that we can do it! Celebrating is also about practising our self-care and should be a part of our High Five 🖐️ I would love it if you would share what you're celebrating especially the little wins in your life. What is your celebration? #celebrations #mindset #selfcare

This week I have learned that genuinely saying "Thank you" is meaningful beyond measure. And I don't mean the quick, "Hey, thanks so much!" I'm talking about the thank you where you pause, make eye contact, say the persons name and express your gratitude for what's been done and how it has impacted you. If you're like most professionals, you're probably putting your heart and soul into what you do. When your effort is seen and acknowledged it's the most satisfying reward for all that you provide. So give that heartfelt acknowledgement to someone who has shown up for you this week. Give it to a person who works hard at what they do. Give it to the clients who continue to support you and your business. Comment below with something you have learned this week be it inspiring, technical or perhaps a cautionary tale.
