🎃 Halloween is a time for fun, but it can also come with fire risks! Here are some key fire safety tips to keep your celebration safe: 🎃 Jack-o’-Lantern Safety: Use battery-operated lights instead of open-flame candles in pumpkins. 🎃 Decorations: Place flammable decorations, like paper or dried corn, far from heat sources. 🎃 Candles: Consider flameless candles for ambiance, especially around pets and children. 🎃 Dispose of Wrappers: Collect candy wrappers to avoid creating small ignition sources. Stay safe and have a spook-tacular Halloween! 👻 #HalloweenSafety #FirePrevention #ChampionFire

They can remember things for years, including places, people, and positive or negative experiences. Cats can figure out puzzles, open doors, and get treats in tricky locations. Cat eyes are super important for felines, and their unique features give them impressive vision abilities.

Besides the staples like professional pictures, declutterring and a deep clean here are some things you can do to really make your property stand out and take showings from good to great: 🔵Depersonalize your home before showings--take your personal things off all the counters(bathroom and kitchen), keep night stands/end tables clear, put away dog toys/beds/dog bowls 🔵Sweep the front porch, clean windows, close toilet seats and open the blinds and curtains 🔵Keep smells in mind---take out the trash, clean litter boxes, and even be careful with the type and strengths of things like plug ins--diffusers---candles you have in your home. I understand that most of the time my clients still have to live in their homes during the sales process---with kids, pets and crazy lives, that's why I typically make sure they have 24 hours notice before showings so they have time to get their home ready---from good to great! #coloradorealtor #almosthomewithcasey #dogmom #westernslopecolorado

🎃 Happy Spooky Monday, North Houston! 🎃 With Halloween creeping up, let’s do some last-minute haunted house prep to keep your spooky décor dry and your home safe! Today’s tips will help you dodge any Halloween horror stories from rain or water damage, and hey, they might even give you and the kids a laugh or two! 👻💧 5 Tips to Keep Your Haunted House Truly Unhaunted: Keep the Pumpkins Away from Gutters 🎃🛠️ 🎃 Guard the doors with your pumpkins, not the gutters! Blocking gutters with decorations can lead to a Halloween flood zone. No one wants to wade through a swampy pumpkin patch! 🎃Spiders, Cobwebs, and… Clogs? 🕸️ Those spooky spiderwebs are fantastic on windows, but if they find their way to the drainage, it’s clog city. Keep those webs off anything that keeps water moving away from your home! 🎃Beware of Sneaky Sprinklers! 🌊 Turn off those automatic sprinklers for Halloween night. Nothing says horror show like a midnight sprinkler surprise soaking your costumes and decorations! 🎃Haunted House? More Like Drafty House! 👻 Here’s a fun activity: dress up as ghosts with the kids and check for drafts! Hold a candle or tissue near doors and windows to see where the air is creeping in. Seal any gaps for a cozy, ghost-free winter ahead—plus, the kids will get a blast out of being “official ghost-checkers” for the day! 🎃Floodlights, Not Flood Zones 💡 Be strategic with your Halloween lights. Keep extension cords out of puddles so your haunted setup doesn’t become too electrifying! Safety first, scares second. And if any Halloween gremlins leave you with water damage, Restoration 1 of Humble 📱713-955-5531 is ready, day or night! Happy haunting! 👻💧🎃 #Restoration1ofHumble#HalloweenTips #SpookySafety #NorthHoustonHomes #FallPrep #WaterDamagePrevention
