PCI Developments, a Vancouver real estate development company has supported The Vancouver Sun’s Adopt-A-School campaign for ten years. Company president Tim Grant says people in the company first heard about the plight of hungry children from a colleague in the industry. “When we first heard about the issue of children coming to school hungry and needing to be fed we were quite frankly shocked,” Grant said. The company has donated $79,000 this year to help children in four Vancouver inner city schools and has committed to supporting one of the schools Queen Alexandra for five years.
