I have had an amazing first couple of days introducing the concept of NMS, a New Zealand tech media solution. Issuers should focus on rewards that actually convert. Personalization and speed are key – which can be achieved via embedded solutions. By offering targeted, meaningful incentives on the right channels and at the right time, issuers can drive deeper engagement and better ROI than simply spending more on ads.
