The attached document (from Tyresafe) may assist those involved on deciding which tyres to use to ensure they have met safety requirements. If you have input into decisson making for purchasing tyres this makes you a PCBU and adds responsibility to ensure the correct tyres are used applicable to a activity requirement. How have you reviewed this in your risk systems and purchasing strategy. Have you reviewed the tyre supplier to ensure they have correct knowledge to determine the correct tyres to be used on an asset (vehicle) for a specific action in specific environmental conditions.
