**Why Fewer People Are Choosing to Become Network Engineers** I recently watched a thought-provoking video on the decline in interest in network engineering careers. Here's why, in my opinion, this field is losing its appeal: 1. **Comparative Appeal**: Network engineering seems less attractive compared to trending fields like cybersecurity, DevOps, and programming. 2. **Complexity and Knowledge**: The role requires deep knowledge of various protocols and platforms, making it more challenging and less enjoyable. 3. **Perceived Importance**: Networks work so seamlessly that their importance is often overlooked, but when issues arise, the consequences can be severe. 4. **Job Stress**: The high stress and demanding nature of the job can be significant deterrents. Staying ahead in tech means embracing change and evolving with the industry. What are your thoughts about this 💭 ? #TechCareers #NetworkEngineering #TechTrends #CareerDevelopment #Networks #Techtalks #Networking

"Nobody gets fired for hiring IBM," is a common saying. I'd like to add, "Nobody wins awards for hiring IBM either." Watch the video below to learn why the 'safe choice' may not be the right choice for your innovative project and how to hire your next partner instead.

Only a network engineer knows what Cisco is, as soon as I was taking entry in the campus, I started thinking about what you have done in the last 10 years, like your first job, first salary, first gift to the family, I don't realize how so many years have passed in the struggle to reach this passion. Then with a smile I move towards my new goal. #Networkengineer #Cisco #job #python #networking #bgp #security #dnac #ise #jobs #automation #devops #datascience
