So Nest Flow has really improved our sales ability. So I would say I feel great about it, yeah. The big driver for us is reducing headcount and and if we can keep head count, IE the number of employees down, it increases our bottom line, which leads to better profits and a Better Business, more money to put back into the business to grow and less management for the team that exists already. So yeah, that would be the biggest benefit for me. Netflow for us is changed the way that we work. It's really. Well. It's it's improved our efficiency. So we spend a lot less time now going through the pre qualification requisite that that we have in place. And yeah, it's it's driven success for us in terms of the amount of viewings that we're having to do and getting good offers forward. We're seeing those decrease. So that's why it's for efficiency for better customer service. And yeah, seeing conversion rates go through the roof, I think it's. Brilliant. To be fair, I was, I must admit I was skeptical. I we have we have an awful lot of technology companies come and ask us to to use them. And with this one, I, I was the same, but I was recommended by another agent to Tommy's have a look at it and I I did and to be honest, it's, it's one of the the the better moves probably I probably made in the last couple of years, certainly do help with administration repetitive work and cut down. Of a work load and also get some really good interaction with our customers and the sort of demographic we use with lettings and the fast moving and matters really. As help us connect with them 24/7 basically. OK, so yeah after a few initial teething problems. You find it really easy? I find it really easy to use. And what I like is that the feedback that we give to Netflow is almost putting to the to the software in real time. So changes that we want to make are added in, in real time, so. It's it's pretty positive. I think we find that like all agencies, the sheer number of tenants inquiries can. Overwhelm you at times. Netflow means that you can prioritise who your applicants are. And get the best applicants to see your property and then for your landlords will be happy. And you'll be happy and you'll be saving time.
