With over 15 years of experience in IT and HR in small to global companies in an international environment do I believe the time is right to launch ALL4SALES Nordic AB. Our mission is to help organizations identify outstanding sales talent and help them take their sales to new heights through sales training. At ALL4SALES, sales is our passion. This company is created by sales, for sales and we help businesses to succeed by connecting them with top-performing sales professionals and with building the sales skills needed for further achievements. We view this journey as bit of a "sport" — where achieving health and results is our driving motivation. As part of this value we have 30/70 sales model where 30% of our profits will be reinvested in sports clubs to promote a more active, resilient and not at at least a more inclusive and nicer community. With an impressive track record of tail-wagging and treat-fetching, Alfie has mastered the art of client relations. 🐶💼 He may not be able to draft a proposal, but he sure does know how to seal the deal with a head tilt, a tail wag & a decent fetch session! ⚽ When it comes to sales strategy, Alfie has a simple yet effective approach: - Bark Loudly: Make sure clients know you’re excited about their needs. - Fetch the Right Opportunities: Always be on the lookout for new leads (or tennis balls which is preferred). - Sit and Stay: Be patient and persistent with follow-ups (and treats, carrots & bananas are preferred) *CAUTION* sometimes he chooses favourites by rating treats. From chasing leads to chasing his own tail, Alfie reminds us every day (when he does decide to come to the office) that success is all about enthusiasm, perseverance, the occasional belly rub & short naps throughout the day in random office areas. Day 1 / 3 Stockholm learnings: 1. The sales persons role is under pressure and its changing fast in tech. 2. Sales people have to create a lot more value for prospects during discovery meetings. 3. The door opener formula: a) be personal b) be relevant - give value c) create intrigue. 4. Sales people have to engage the tiger team early in the sales process to move opportunities forward. 5. Increase the probability of signing of deals by having team of teams owners or the CEO of the company enter into the last stage and sign. Bit of life news - I'm accidentally self employed! 😂 Since leaving Salesloft in January, the plan was: - Spend February relaxing - Spend March looking for work in an exciting new company Turns out that exciting new company is "Bryan Mulry Ltd." 😃 While I wasn't working a few people reached out saying "Hey Bryan, now that you're free, can you help me with X, Y or Z?" And it has now snowballed!!! Here's some problems that I'm solving: 1) Bath's most expensive Gym needed to refine their sales process and build a sales strategy for opening a new gym 💪 2) A new Irish start-up needed to set up their first outbound sales process without a sales team 👨💻 3) A London startup needed help screening SDRs for interview and to whittle 15 candidates down to 4 🗣️ 4) An SDR team needed some coaching sessions to find a new market messaging I'm having a lot of fun exploring this self-employed life - let's see how it goes 😃 If I can help, gimme a shout 🙂

Reflecting on my own journey, a personal story comes to mind. I once transitioned from running Homestead Country Club to stepping into the business world, where I began selling for Cobalt MedPlans, a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield Kansas City. Initially, the shift seemed daunting. Managing a country club had its challenges, but it was familiar territory. I knew the members, the routines, and the nuances of hospitality. Sales in the corporate world, however, felt like a completely different arena. But as I took it day by day, I started to see parallels. Running a country club required me to understand the needs and desires of the members, ensuring they had an exceptional experience. In sales, I realized that the core principle was similar—understanding clients' needs and providing solutions that genuinely benefit them. My background in hospitality had already equipped me with the skills to build relationships, listen actively, and address concerns effectively. The key lesson I learned during this transition was that moving from one field to another doesn't have to be overwhelming. It’s about recognizing the gaps in your knowledge or skills and methodically filling them. Each day, I focused on learning something new, whether it was about the product, the market, or sales techniques. Gradually, I found my footing and discovered that my experience managing a country club had actually given me a strong foundation for sales. This journey taught me that transitions, while challenging, are manageable. By taking things one step at a time and leveraging existing skills, I learned that any new venture can become familiar territory. #WednesdayWisdom #CareerJourney

Just a wide-eyed rookie, navigating the wild seas of office furniture with a map made of dreams and a compass of caffeine. Ten years later, I’ve become a seasoned explorer, collecting skills like souvenirs and loving every moment of the adventure. Thanks to the guidance of my wonderful old management and the fresh insights from my new team, I’m excited for the growth opportunities ahead - who knew designing spaces could lead to such an exciting collaboration with the best teams and people in the business? 🧠 Work Wisdom: Great teamwork happens when we all bring our best ideas to the table and trust each other to create something amazing! ❤ 💡 Pro Tip: When designing a space, remember that 'minimalism' doesn’t mean a chair with one leg - it just means fewer chairs. 🎨 Fun Fact: I used to be a home run hitter - well, at least in my backyard! 🌟 Superpower: If I could have any superpower, it’d be the ability to instantly create a theme song for any situation - life’s a comedy, just needs a soundtrack. When I'm not at work I like to gather friends around a poker table. The stakes are high, and the laughter is even higher! Nothing beats mixing strategy with some ridiculous banter.

Company car, country club membership, and the ability to eat and drink for free - it seemed like a dream to my young eyes. But the REAL education came at 15, caddying at the prestigious Oakmont Country Club, home to more US Opens than any other course in history. There, carrying bags for US Steel executives, I witnessed the fascinating art of the golf course close. These sales PROS weren't just playing golf - they were orchestrating deals. By the 12th hole, they'd made their pitch. By the 15th, they had commitment. After that? The window was closed. What amazed me wasn't just WHAT they did, but HOW they did it: ➸ Reading their prospect's personality by the 3rd hole ➸ Handling objections between putts ➸ Understanding value during water breaks ➸ Negotiating terms while walking the fairway ➸ Closing deals before reaching the clubhouse Watching these masters at work sealed my fate. Superb long weekend with the lil dude doing all the things we love ❤️ ☑️ Football ☑️ Golf ☑️ Dog walks ☑️ Pizza express ☑️ Nando’s ☑️ Visiting family ☑️ Managed to play 80 mins footy myself after now playing for 6 months too 💨 ⚽️ Spend a fair amount of time reflecting too. Some of my worldly actions have been idiotic of late. Personally and professionally it’s important to learn, not make the same mistakes again and to move forwards… 🙌 Sat in bed next to Jack last night and plugged in to Octobers new business. Final cut TBC. But circa 120 per cent of target. A proud achievement for all. Targets after all are there to be beaten and this was a toughest one yet… 👏 Nailing down the MI, one of our slower months inbound but good habits have shone through. Pipeline. Cross sales. LOAs. Recommendations. I tip my 🎩 to the Cambridge collective👏 Always remember TEAM… The dynamic… Together Everyone Achieves More 👌 👍 Brutal efficiency here - Superlative results😃 Hats off to all. 👏 Have some big challenges ahead.
