Expedition DNA is an opportunity for everyone to: · Understand the nature of our competitive environment and why Arcadis continues to drive its digital transformation. · Develop digital capabilities and learn how to apply innovation in everyday work · Build a global network within Arcadis by sharing experiences and learning from others around the world · Respond more effectively to client opportunities · Build skills and a CV to meet future needs · Be part of Arcadis' global digital community Here we delved into our four digital realities: Customer Experience, Data, Ecosystems and Platforms, and developed essential knowledge and skills. We were immersed in this energizing journey, navigating through themed modules such as Sustainability, Innovation, Customer Experience and more. With engaging labs, business simulations and plenary sessions, Arcadis' Expedition DNA equips us to lead and thrive in the digital age. With now 14 successful Expeditions since September 2018 and more than 800 digital ambassadors across all business lines and regions, Expedition DNA has been a transformative opportunity for our global community. We had two short-term goals at the time: empower the company and sell it. Three years later, we have the chance to be part of the Groupe Bouygues, forming a single company with Bouygues Energies & Services.
