BTE ALERT / Best Team Ever Alert Recognition for March Calling out the Best of the Best As previously noted, I will continue to celebrate members of my team monthly that deserve the distinction of the Best of the Best. As previously noted, this is a tough task given the talent that resides in my organization…You don’t call your team the Best Team Ever without that team containing some serious talent. And as previously noted, it’s the acts of these individuals in 3 categories that allow them to be called out by my management team. So for March… All Star Performers: While my organization may post great numbers, these individuals posted numbers in March that made headlines internally. They beat expectations and caused my management team to take note of their performance. Michael Griesser Jessica Geinoski Jacob Tavenier Teamwork Award: I am lucky enough to lead a team that realizes that for themselves to be successful, you want the group you work with, the eco-system you work with, the company you work for to be successful. Sometimes and most times, that takes a village. The people below care enough about that village that they demonstrate it profoundly. It’s one of the traits we cherish at TDSynnex, knowing that your own success comes easier when they devote effort to make the team Successful. Koby Franklin Brooke Pannal The Damon Mim’s Award: One extra email, one extra call, one extra piece of effort is sometimes what it takes to make that distinction between being good and being better than good. We named this award after one of TDSynnex’s own that we lost un-expectedly who displayed this trait every day. It’s that extra effort, that going the extra mile that we celebrate with this distinction. Paul Madison Jonathan De Guzman Again, thank you to these co-workers for the traits they displayed in March. I ask the BTE (Best Team Ever) to join me in letting them know that their efforts are inspirational and are appreciated….For the month of March, the people I call out above are the Best of the Best !!! You are recognized and appreciated !!! #BTE #BestTeamEver #Recognition #Michael Griesser #Jessica Geinoski #Jacob Tavenier #Koby Franklin #Brooke Pannal #Paul Madison #Jonathan De Guzman

This week, QBRs are at the center. I couldn’t be prouder of the development and dedication of my team members. It’s incredible to see how much we’ve achieved together. We also noticed that the small things make a big impact: 💬 Explaining the Purpose of Meetings: When everyone understands the "why," it transforms the "how" and "what." Clear objectives lead to more productive discussions and outcomes. 📧 Following Up After Meetings: Consistent follow-ups ensure accountability and keep us all on track. It’s a simple practice that reinforces our commitments and drives progress. 💙 Kindness Costs Nothing: A positive attitude and a few kind words go a long way. Supporting each other not only boosts morale but also fosters a culture of engagement. Thank you to each team member for your hard work! Let’s continue to grow, innovate, and work on our mission to become the best salespeople within Infront.

One of the most important aspects of a successful business is putting people first. As someone who had the privilege of working under Angela Ahrendts' leadership during the Apple Retail revamp in 2015, I can attest to the power of a human-first culture. Focusing on our people not only exceeded expectations, but it also created a sense of belonging, security, and growth potential that is vital to feeling fulfilled at work. It's unfortunate that not all companies prioritize their people, but we can all learn from Angela's successful business model. People > Profits isn't just a nice sentiment, it's a trillion dollar business model. Life's too short to accept anything less. Let's strive to create a culture where people come first, and watch our businesses thrive. Thank you, Angela, for showing us the way. #PeopleFirst #BusinessSuccess #AngelaAhrendts

At Awardco, we strive to "recognize the good"—in our employees, our clients, and the world around us. Yesterday, I experienced the profound impact of this principle firsthand. I lead an incredible team tackling an ambitious Q4 revenue goal. My role requires a careful balance of resource stewardship, culture-building, and navigating challenges as they arise. It’s rewarding work, but some days can be especially stressful. Yesterday was one of those days. Out of the blue, two old friends—people I don’t work with and who aren’t in my immediate space—reached out to express kindness and encouragement. Their words were simple yet deeply meaningful, alleviating some of the stress I’d been carrying. This experience was a powerful reminder of why recognizing the good matters so much. It uplifts individuals, fosters positivity, and strengthens the culture we’re building. To my team, peers, and everyone working toward big goals: remember to acknowledge the good. It has a ripple effect far greater than we often realize. To Brandon Williams and DJ Strader thanks for your friendship and kind words.
