Thank you to Sally Dhillon who has kindly agreed to be our speaker at this event, Sally’s Topic will be Leading ourselves through change “We occasionally find ourselves confronted with change – change that we didn’t necessarily choose, yet it has a lasting impact on our professional and/or personal circumstances. In this short talk, I want to share my insights with you for leading ourselves through change - based on my own experiences from a recent, challenging family situation whilst pulling on my 30+ years’ experience of developing leaders. I believe that we can all benefit from having a leadership mindset, beyond the professional role we may or may not have; leading, beyond a title, to create our best life.” Sally Dhillon is a leadership coach and founder of Nudge Forward. She works with entrepreneurs and corporate leaders to compassionately transform them to lead their teams, business, and most importantly, themselves, to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
