First of all, congrats for Camden Property Trust (CPT). As a resident of Camden Vanderbilt, we are facing some issues (crisis) from the general manager that showing unfairness of her treatment to almost of the residents. As we like your community and recommend our friends from all over the countries who come to visit, study or receive medications to come and live in Camden Vanderbilt, Houston, we need a fair treat from the general manager. The later's policies from her is not clear and the only thing she interests is getting illegal money from the respectful residents. We are very upset and angry from her and a lot of residents escape from the complex due to her unfair treatment. For example; the obligatory internet package ($120/ month) on the rent; this is a scam, however, the 5G Xfinity is 40-50$/month. Another example, If a resident decide to move out, she asked for cleaning fee ($200); okay it is fine, but if she noticed any general pieces of papers pr cartons after leaving, she start to ask for another $200 for cleaning fee, "otherwise she will ask for collection", do you think this is usual?? In addition to multiple issue from her managing and her policies. To the executive and chairman's help and save your reputation.

We all started somewhere. For Metis it was a few different couches trying to be everything for everyone (sound familiar). Today we celebrate those who trusted us when we were 4 people still finding our stride. From WordPress events to Google Training many hours were spent learning & teaching. 14yrs later not much has changed as we still put loads of emphasis into Continuous Development. As we celebrate the 5th birthday 🎂 of EdCo LATAM Consulting, I had a think about five important learnings from the journey so far.   1.        Understanding and addressing partner needs is important. Whilst we work with partners in the same industry, each have different aims and objectives so we need to tailor our services and listen carefully to what success looks like for our partners. 2.        Building a team is challenging but very rewarding. At EdCo LATAM Consulting we have a great team and it is important to have the right team members working with each of our partners. Carefully matching skills set, experience and styles of working. This is vital and an area we are working hard on. 3.        Perseverance and resilience are key skills needed to build a business. This reminds me of a quote from Muhammad Ali which I think of regularly “The fight is won away from witnesses – behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights”. We get rejections / unanswered proposals - we keep going 4.        Successful relationships are developed through listening, understanding and taking action on feedback. Face to face meetings are the best way of really understanding partner needs. 5.        Innovation and reporting on market trends is becoming increasingly important to our business. In five short years, technological advancement and AI have had a big (mostly positive) impact on our industry.   A big thanks to everyone I have had the opportunity to meet and work with over the last 5 years – Here’s to the next five and I feel like we are just getting started 😊

Empowering the team to prioritise results over to-do lists has transformed the way we work and the impact we make. 2️⃣ Celebrating wins is a must. We marked our 4th birthday this year, the first celebration within the business and I’ve learned not to wait another four years to celebrate again. Taking time to reflect and enjoy milestones is so rewarding. 3️⃣ Moving to a dedicated office was a smart move. It’s supported our growth, boosted our visibility and having a dedicated space has meant fewer weekends spent working. (I said fewer not none, before my friends start chiming in!) 4️⃣ Creating a core focus has redefined how we work. Rolling this out internally in July has been pivotal. It’s not only acted as a filter for identifying aligned prospects but has also ensured we’re working with dream clients. The result?
