I think you're gonna see a lot more insurance carriers giving some of the tools and technology like aerial imagery, the AI insights on it, the risk profiles to the insureds. Like they're going to log into they're portal at "ABC insurance" to pay they're bill. And you're going to see, this is your home and here's some things we've identified. And you're going to see a lot more transparency around that. And you know, I, think part of that is because the technology has gotten to a point where it works effectively and I think consumers are demanding more transparency around these things. I think to write in many states, and as we've established, every state now is like a CAT state of some sort or another. You're going to need to do more "predict and prevent" to write insurance effectively in these areas. And all these things are kind of coming together fortunately, or unfortunately, right at the same time. And I'm seeing regulators starting to move more quickly on establishing how we need to think differently around wildfire in California, or roofing condition in Florida. And so, I think a lot of this is happening very, very quickly. My hope is a year from now, we'll be sitting here talking about how insurers are now becoming risk managers of their own properties. I love that. That's great.
