❗️I will always be a fan of the TEAM behind a brand or personality. ☝️As a community manager, I’ll always insist on how important it is to show the atmosphere from the inside — whether it’s a clothing boutique, a beauty salon, a supermarket, a production site, or a restaurant (the last two especially 👈). If your team members are your ambassadors 👉 you’ve undoubtedly passed the ultimate test of life: the test of sincerity 🙌 People choose this ☝️ more and more nowadays. #t_danko_pro_com #communitymanager #smmforbusiness 📽 for Le Bistrot de Villedieu 🩷

One of the best things about starting up our own business #HuntersChocolate is the opportunity to work with other creative minds from different industries. The spark of creativity and innovation is the best reward and working with Bill Cleyndert has certainly fulfilled that. Take a Quick Look at this video to see what I’m talking about here.
We've loved collaborating with Gary Hunter and Nichola at Hunters Chocolates to create this year's Christmas gifts. To our clients, fellow trades, suppliers, and our talented team, we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

In the early seventies a simple fisherman named Cesarino Vittorio made a living selling his daily catch to locals on a rocky outcrop of the Puglian coast, just south of the village of Castro. The sea was his great love and fishing his true passion. Compelled by the belief that no one could love his catch the same way he could, he set up a makeshift kitchen on the rocks where his catch could be prepared with quality seasonal produce and the whole community could come together to break bread. After dinner Cesarino would dance barefoot with customers, enchanting them with magical stories and sometimes gifting jars of anchovies in olive oil he prepared by hand. He was the soul of the place and a friend to all. Over the years, the quick and dirty restaurant evolved into one of the most stunning beach clubs in Europe and one of the hottest destinations for those in the know. Meryl Streep and Helen Mirren have holiday homes just south of here, but don’t tell anyone. Today, his grandsons Cesare and Agostino Longo keep the tradition alive and proudly told me of their deep love of the sea and their passion to share it with others; values embedded in the venue’s DNA by an unassuming fisherman who just wanted to feed and entertain. These days there are so many beach clubs scattered along the Mediterranean you’d think they were being franchised by the Starbucks people. And just like the coffee chain, each follows a predictable formula of uniform umbrellas in some pastel hue, serving overpriced fried fish that make parents say things like ‘the food in Italy really isn’t that good’ while playing what appears to be the same Nu-Disco playlist on repeat all day long. On the surface, there’s nothing wrong with any of that. But that’s the problem, surface has never been enough to cut through. I’ve always believed that the best businesses in the world are born from an authentic connection to a problem, by a founder (or a founding team) that live and breathe the customer experience every single day. They have a soul, not a formula. They dance barefoot and give out anchovies. Some people won’t like those things, but that’s how you know it’s working. I can’t really explain it, but I know you can feel it. And when that kind of authenticity and passion connects with like-minded customers at scale, brand community begins to build and eventually Meryl Streep moves in.

We Just Wrapped Our Washington, DC Holiday Pop-Up – And What a Beautiful Experience It Was! There’s something truly special about connecting with our customers face-to-face. It’s more than just handing over a bottle of champagne — it’s about the conversations, the stories, and the shared excitement over every pop and pour. Our recent pop-up at Hotel Nell - Union Market was a celebration of more than just champagne. It was a chance to meet our supporters, answer their questions, and offer guidance on selecting the perfect bottle for themselves or as a gift. Moments like these remind us why in-person interactions are so essential. Here’s why these face-to-face experiences matter: -Personalized Guidance: Each customer is different, and being there in person allows us to offer thoughtful recommendations. -Building Community: Luxury isn’t just about the product — it’s about connection. Events like this bring people together. -Real-Time Feedback: Hearing directly from customers gives us insight into what they love, what they’re curious about, and how we can continue to serve them better. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who stopped by, shared a moment with us, and took a little piece of B. Stuyvesant Champagne home. Your support means everything. To everyone who joined us, thank you for being part of this memorable experience. If you missed us this time, don’t worry — there’s more to come. Stay tuned for the next opportunity to sip, shop, and connect with us in person. Until then, keep the celebration going with B. Stuyvesant Champagne. #SipStuyvesant #CustomerExperience #HolidayPopUp #BStuyvesantChampagne #ChampagneVibes #ThankYou #CustomerConnection

👩🏻🍳Meghan Markle's lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, has faced some challenges since its launch in March. Despite sending out 50 jars of strawberry jam to friends in Montecito, the reception was notably quiet. Royal expert Angela Levin reveals that the Duchess expressed unhappiness with the brand's reception, with critiques from various publications like AirMail and The Cut. Reports from tabloids suggest that Meghan encountered difficulties in hiring key personnel for the brand. Issues in securing a CEO and a chef have caused delays in the brand's progress. While several qualified chefs applied for the role, challenges arose as Meghan's meticulous nature clashed with the candidates' expectations regarding compensation. Meghan Markle launched her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, in March. In April, she sent out 50 jars of strawberry jam to her friends in Montecito, and... silence. Royal expert Angela Levin writes that the Duchess is unhappy with the brand's reception. Her jams were criticized by everyone from AirMail to The Cut, and only a few people responded to the mailing. The tabloids report that after issues with finding a CEO, Markle has also faced difficulties hiring a chef. Several worthy candidates applied for the position, but Meghan was too demanding and meticulous, and chefs are well-paid elsewhere. This has caused delays in the brand's launch. #MeghanMarkle #AmericanRivieraOrchard #LifestyleBrand #Challenges #BrandLaunch #TabloidReports

Extreme thoughtfulness, inclusion, and generosity will always separate you from the crowd. All you have to do is pay attention. Here's a quick story from Unreasonable Hospitality. Will Guidara was bussing tables one night and overheard the four guests talking about their culinary adventure in NY. They ate at 4 of the best restaurants the city has to offer. The only thing they hadn't eaten was a street dog aka a dirty water dog. So what did Will do? He ran out to the cart on the corner, brought the hot dog back to the kitchen, and asked the chef to plate it. It was plated like it was part of their gourmet meal, and it no doubt blew their minds. Gift giving isn't about extravagance. It's about the emotional impact on the recipient. It's not what you give, but how it makes them feel. Each gift carries a priceless story. A story that will forever be in the memories of the people who receive them. Isn't a lasting impression what we all want to create at events and trade shows? Skip the branded merch. Focus on meaningful gestures. And as the story of the hot dog proves, it doesn't need to be expensive. -------------------- Hi, I'm Jay Designing experiences for trade shows that drive ROI for our clients. #business #branding #sales #marketing #eventprofs
