How can we instil positive thinking and encourage our young adults to move forward enthusiastically during these dire times and to utilise breakthroughs in innovation? Through transformation of cultural mindsets - could be a possibility? I am grateful to people, who are not indifferent to young adults futures, to get in touch with us at Oxbridge Foundation to bring more young adults from underprivileged backgrounds to transformative Bootcamps: https://lnkd.in/eUaRdKMu Financial times recently published a report Why are a rising number of young Britons out of work? https://on.ft.com/3A12nO5 See the statistics, which should persuade you to act now. Inactivity rates for people aged 18 to 24 exceeded 35 per cent in the three months ending February 2024, the highest level since records began in 1992. James Neave, head of data science at job search platform Adzuna, said a competitive jobs market and rising skill requirements for entry-level jobs had contributed to high rates of inactivity and unemployment. “The rapid pace of technological innovation is driving the need for workers with advanced skills in areas such as artificial intelligence, data science, cyber security and digital marketing.”

The younger generation needs clarity in this world where instability is always at the forefront. We find it difficult to find a job unless we come from a wealthy background. There are many stereotypes that are taken into account for the choice of a candidate for a new position. As students, we must address this situation quickly to make 2025 our year. We need to raise our voices to change the pace and never give up. #Labourmarket #France #Students
