Justice + Joy is thrilled to announce our latest initiative, Fixing Democracy! In the past few years, we have felt grief and frustration over the steady dismantling of our rights. The system has failed. It's time to fix democracy. Reconstructing a multiracial, gender-inclusive democracy that is truly just and representative is within our reach, but only if we listen to the young people most impacted by systems and policies created by our elected officials. We've partnered with Lake Research Partners and HIT Strategies to learn more about how girls, young women, and gender-expansive folks of color view their political power and our current democracy.
