🔥 Igniting Change: Uniting Missouri and Arkansas for Impact! 🔥 From the heart of Missouri to the vibrant communities of Arkansas, we're embarking on a journey to ignite change and build a brighter future together! Just yesterday, we unveiled our latest marketing efforts for the upcoming YAW events in both Missouri and Arkansas, and the response has been phenomenal. As a Hispanic woman business owner and one of the 100 entrepreneurs making waves, I am profoundly moved by the support pouring in. In Missouri, the excitement is palpable as we rally behind our cause, with guest speakers ready to lend their voices and efforts underway to secure the perfect venue. Change is happening because we believe in the power of collaboration and the dream of empowerment. Meanwhile, in Arkansas, anticipation grows as we work to connect with all those who share our vision. Although we haven't reached everyone yet, we are confident that together, we can create a brighter future. With guest speakers on standby and efforts underway to secure the ideal venue, the momentum is building. Let's bridge the gap between Missouri and Arkansas, harnessing the spirit of collaboration to ignite change that will reverberate throughout both states. This week … ⚙️Empowerment: working with the shared services team and Krissi Carter 嘉敏兒 on how we manage our emotions, build our sage and lead in our roles effectively. Alongside this … the ELT practising their lenses from Ed Ampaw-Farr … checking the things we do that energise us and watching the ‘battery drainers’…. 🦸♀️Ambition: completing school reviews this week has evidenced so much fabulous achievement. Really highlighting the passion our schools have for encouraging our young people and staff to be the best version of themselves. Our trust outcomes ARE THE BEST THEY HAVE EVER BEEN in 2024…. With significant improvements in one year! The power of empowering the team #togetherwehavegotthis 🧑🧑🧒Collaboration: This year reviews have been conducted by our newly formed school support team. This has been something developed over the last 12 months to support our schools, offer expertise and work with our schools to constantly learn together. #authenticallyours together thriving and flourishing. 💡Positivity: The challenge we have had as a team this half term is huge. Many difficult situations that could not be foreseen, but through them the gift of supporting each other and being as one has shone. Helping each other because we #choosetobekind. 🙏🏽Respect: Forming our trust promises together to further our commitment to growing and improving. ☑️Integrity: We choose to do the right thing, for our communities. Together this week we have talked a lot about what we believe in education is the right next steps. Not waiting to be told, but forming our pathway to improve continuously making the choices that will enhance our schools and communities. As a small trust it’s hard sometimes to ‘compete’ but we know we offer an authentic trust. A trust that has a heart, small but big in ambition for everyone. Founded by technology entrepreneur and investor Peter Thiel in 2011, the Thiel Fellowship is a two-year program for young people who want to build new things. Thiel Fellows skip or stop out of college to receive a $100,000 grant and support from the Thiel Foundation’s network of founders, investors, and scientists. Benefits Fellows receive $100,000, spread out over two years. They do not take equity in your company. Eligibility Criteria >>Anyone aged 22 or younger is eligible to apply. >>They review and accept applicants as individuals. >>Thiel Fellows are based all over the world. >>Some Thiel Fellows are programmers, but others have started nonprofits, created consumer products, launched media companies, and built hardware.
