Great advice I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing I practice mindfulness gratitude exercise and ringing helplines if I am having a bad day I have decided going forward I will not react to every situation that happens in my life,I will accept I can't control everything some things are out of my control.I will continue to become a better person in my recovery journey
