I have accepted challenge to contest to represent WIRC (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Daman &Diu, Dadra & Nagar Haveli) of ICAI in the forthcoming election held on 6 & 7th December to preserve the integrity and sovereignty of our mother institution and to protect the integrity, dignity of CA fraternity members from the various unconstitutional and non jurisdictional prosecution agencies enacted through ostensible legislative process and to reduce legitimately over burden of reporting and certification work and also create awareness of law within the fraternity and their clients and enable them to raise their legitimate voice against harassment of public authorities.
