Exporting business? When you want to successfully expand your business to other geographies or market segments you have to find real answers to these questions: 1. What market segment benefits most from my offer? 2. Who are the decision makers, and influencers? 3. What are their PERSONAL problems and needs? 4. Is my offer relevant enough for them today? 5. What are their alternative solutions to solve this problem? 6. Who are my competitors (referral network, local providers, global players) 7. How does my solution differ from the other alternatives? 8. How can I communicate and demonstrate my differentiators? 9. Do I have authority and credibility in this new market segment? Anything else that comes to your mind?
