We all crave human connection. This holiday season, let’s take the time to: · Hold a door for someone · Say “please” and “thank you” · Greet a stranger (everyone) with a smile · Remember, the staff at retail stores are doing their best. Let’s be patient and kind to them. · The holidays can be harder for some (your employees included). Be kind and supportive to everyone. We don’t know their story, but if we take the time to learn it, we may brighten someone’s day and season. Happy holidays! 🎄✨ #MotivationalMondays #Cowaninsurancegroup #Cowangroup #employeebenefits #benefitsphilosophy #employeeengagement
What I Learned From A Lonely Man in a Pub Before Christmas. We all know a Jimmy! For some, the holidays are a time of joy. For others, they’re a stark reminder of loss, loneliness, and struggles we can’t always see. I’ll never forget Jimmy, an older man I met at a pub just before Christmas. He was alone, weighed down by regret. But in one conversation, he reminded me of the power of persistence—and the possibility of connection. This time of year, reaching out to someone could change their life or yours. Let’s not wait for them to call. Be the reason they feel seen, valued, and loved. There are a lot of Jimmys out there! Happy Easter, very excited about the day. A couple of things have happened, the feeling gets closer and closer. First, If you like Fried Mushrooms go downtown to Wild Wings and try the appetizer. Best fried mushrooms ever. Day starts with laundry then church. Almost ready to finish the book The Torah and my Easter present is realizing that Deuteronomy is my favorite book in the Torah. I have said things would happen, I have to be honest, things are consistantly being put in front of me before they happen. I mentioned that before but more frequent now. Example: In the pattern I am talking about, Friday I realized the pattern is as simple as a new baby walking down a sidewalk, yesterday a new baby walked down the sidewalk for the first time. That is only one thing of many. I been wondering why that is happening but I stay calm. Not like staying calm before. In Deuteronomy the idea explodes with energy of what I am talking about, I have to write the entire idealism from the book then explain. We have a habit of explain idealism wrong. Facts sometimes are hard believe that is how far we have gotten when "We have a habit of explaining idealism wrong." In theories of writing thoughts similiar, example soon. Everyone I have a busy day and to Tennessee Vols and to all Happy Easter. I will write the part I am talking about soon in the writing for April. Remember, Vols Shot 3's for Pal's Orange Frenchie Fries, goto Pal's and ask for extra Frenchie Fry Salt on Pal's Frenchie Fries. Street Style Basketball is a must in the upcoming Final Four win.

Happy Monday! Hoping all is well with you and in your world. Presenting this week's cards and what messages they bring to us. Card #1: NINE OF DIAMONDS-decisions, mulling things over, occupied thoughts Card #2: JACK OF SPADES-trouble(s), problems with QUEEN OF SPADES- consideration, steadfast Card #3: NINE OF CLUBS- success, rewarding, valiant Well, quite the combination of cards this week. Things start off where we are in our heads a lot, perhaps over our heads as we may feel there are too many obstacles in the way of achieving a plan. We grapple with a decision as at first it appears to be troubling in some manner even though we gave it careful consideration. For some, the decision involves weighing all the possible problems and having to come up with wise solutions. Sometimes, experience does speak for itself and heeding the advice of those older and wiser is met with success of some kind. There is a pay-off based on what adversities one has overcome. Yet, it may also be where one avoids trouble by being smart and giving careful thought before following through with a decision. Overall, a week where we are building confidence and what we are confident about. However the week unfolds for you may it be met with courage and integrity. Until next time, be well and stay safe. As we approach the end of 2024, this may be a great time to consider purchasing a reading for yourself or as a gift- it's a unique way to gain clarity, comfort and confirmation for the new year.
