What is your mantra for 2025? Are you looking to change your culture? Do have you KPI’s that will drive success? Are you trying to change poor behaviors from the previous year? Whatever it is you are trying to push as a leader in 2025, you need to talk about it…ALL OF THE TIME! I deal with leaders of companies all day long…and a common gripe I hear is that their team isn’t doing what they want. If this is happening at your company, I have one core piece of advice: Talk about your plan and goals in every meeting, every conversation, every company meeting, every company party, every opportunity to talk about it, you need to. It needs to be engrained in your team. It needs to be part of the fabric of everything you and your company does. If you lead a company, it’s on your to be CRYTAL CLEAR on your direction, expectations and actions. Will people get sick of hearing it, maybe, but they won’t be the least bit confused on your expectation and the company’s goals and you will be much more likely to succeed!
