GAN(generative adversarial networks) training is notoriously difficult. You rarely get good results out of them on the first try, or even at the 100th try. But there are some sure shot ways to stabilize GAN training and improve performance I am mentioning some techniques that I used myself here 1. Spectral Normalization 2. WGAN-GP 3. Mini batch discrimination 4. Instance noise 5. Training discriminator more 6. Two-time update rule 7. Label smoothening If you know any more techniques, do add them here.

In preparation for administration of the summative assessment at Grade 9 in 2025, KNEC will conduct a pilot study to be administered to the 2024 Grade 8 and Pre-vocational learners from Monday, 15th to Friday, 19th July 2024. The purpose of the pilot study is to determine the feasibility of the proposed national assessment and identify the validity and reliability of the test instruments and other critical procedures.
