QUALITY LEAD
4dMyGov India we must stop cheating ourselves and students. The Indian education system, encompassing both government and private sectors, is in dire need of reform. Private tutorials, in particular, often fail to deliver meaningful value. Instead, we are collectively deceiving ourselves and failing our students. We must critically reflect on what we are doing to our children. The current system is mentally and physically draining them rather than nurturing their growth. Schools and private tutorials pay little attention to second-class and below-average students because they do not contribute to their image or "TRP." This negligence is a shared responsibility. As citizens, and with the central and state governments, we must acknowledge our role in perpetuating this flawed system. It’s time to prioritize an inclusive, student-centered education model that values every child's potential, not just their ability to boost institutional rankings.
