Before I begin to turn in for the night, seated here reflecting on the success of the day -- my mind is decidedly set in two different directions: 1.) Reflecting, with pride and joy, and not a little regret, at the fact that a significant number of Boston New Technology (BNT)'s crew are facing their finals right now with fierce determination and a will to succeed -- and this takes them away from us temporarily. I miss them very much, this special group of people who have done so much for BNT for several months. Their return on July 1st is awaited with anxious enthusiasm, haha. 2.) Earlier today I was speaking with Panth Shah -- one of the most patient and agile technical leaders who has really risen to the occasion, and Sandhya M who has stepped into the role of co-lead as things have shifted. We were speaking about features and upgrades for the 1.5 release of the BNT Website. At one point, Sandhya challenged three of my assumptions as we debated about when to implement certain things. She argued with such integrity of character, such obvious conviction in the accuracy of her ideas based on her experience, that it made me respect her and Panth even more for two specific reasons -- Sandhya, for not only speaking her mind so boldly but in the best interests of the team and the tasks we have ahead of us. Panth for encouraging this and also actively participating in the debates. It is a privilege to work with people who want to do things right. They will, as Shweta Agrawal and I have seen, no doubt, shape the future of BNT and the world of innovation in general. It wasn't always like this with me, in the sense that my leadership style was much affected by various fears, uncertainties, and doubts. With them cleared away, the path has never been so obvious...and the people make all things new, possible, and prosperous.

✨ What an Inspiring Session! ✨ Today, the Small Giants labels came together for an incredible session, united in the drive to create massive impact as we look toward our ambitious 2025 goals. From Peak Potential, Hero Hub, to Direct Impact every label brought unique perspectives and energy to the table. Together, the labels pushed boundaries, ensuring the plans are not just bold but grounded in what truly matters. It left me reflecting: 💡 How many initiatives start by truly understanding the 'how' —the steps needed to build a strong foundation? 💡 How many focus on the 'what'—the core essentials that need to be done to ensure long-term success? 💡 And how often do we pause to consider the 'why'—the deeper purpose and impact driving our efforts? Without clear answers to the how, what, and why, can we truly innovate, or are we just chasing trends? Today’s collaboration reaffirmed that impactful outcomes require both ambition and clarity. Big shout out to Fabian Steurrijs 💪
