How difficult it is to get into places where the predominant forms of work and remuneration are those on the left vs. those on the right. In agility it is the other way around, curious that in this case this principle does not apply. How important it is for all of us that we meet people who are free to exercise the leadership on the right and little by little modify their own patterns and tendencies from the left. The first pattern that must be changed is the fact that paying me a salary does not make you the owner of my life and much less of my time. How important it is to stop calling ourselves resources and start seeing ourselves as PEOPLE in the full sense of the word. #leadership #people #reflections
