It was great to be there with you Mike Brewer and agree with your thoughts. My take… AI is not a tool, but a valued team member! Agentic AI will advance this potential. 🔜 And…. I loved this comment +++ human intelligence = boiling water and AI is the stream with potential to unlock tremendous human potential 🧠
Mike Brewer I agree with you. The model T didn’t augment the horse. It replaced the horse. Sure, some AI will augment but other functions will replace humans. Buy a bottle of water at any airport. What do we see? Fewer humans working those jobs. We are a few years away from airports having very few humans employed from security to amenities to baggage handlers.

1wAI won't just replace jobs; it will redefine them. A Harvard Business Review article highlights that the average half-life of skills is now less than five years, and in some tech fields, it's as low as two and a half years. This rapid pace of change underscores a critical reality: if we don't embrace reskilling as a strategic imperative, we risk being left behind. Companies like Ericsson and Amazon are leading the way by integrating reskilling into their core strategies, demonstrating that the future belongs to those who adapt, not resist. The question isn’t if AI will change your job—but whether you’re ready to change with it.
