Celebrating our February Hazard Identification Tracking (HIT) Card Program Winners! 🌟 At Deep Well Services, safety is our top priority. Our HIT Card program was created to keep our greatest assets—our employees—top of mind. It creates a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and accountability for team members (of any level) to identify safety concerns and allows our teams to be involved in performing job safety observations and participating in risk assessment. DWS Safety, Operations, Training, and Maintenance departments review HIT Cards each month to recognize five outstanding contributors who help keep our job sites safe. 👏 Let's give these dedicated team members a big round of applause! Having a robust documented Lock out , tag out (LOTO) process is crucial for preventing serious injuries or fatalities. To ensure the processes are robust and being followed these processes need to be audited on a regular basis and spot checks carried out. Changing the behaviour based safety culture is crucial for success.
