Thank you to every one of you who joined our recent webinar on How supply chain leaders unlock the value of edge to cloud. With over 450 participants, the event co-hosted with #DellTechnologies #EY was a resounding success! During the webinar, we explored critical insights and imperatives for successful digital transformation. Let’s take a moment to reflect on some key takeaways: 1. Reimagine Your Company’s Place in the World: Digital transformation isn’t just about adopting new technologies; it’s about fundamentally reshaping how your organization operates with Edge and Cloud optimization 2. Create Value Through Ecosystems: Collaborate with partners, customers, and other stakeholders to create value beyond organizational boundaries. Manufacturing Throughput as a Service (MTaaS) is an example of success that can be achieved through collaboration in a subscription based, operating expense model. 3. Enable a New Model of Value Creation: Rethink your organization’s structure, processes, and culture to drive innovation and agility. 4. Build Privileged Insights into Your Customers: Understand your customers deeply and use data-driven insights to enhance their experience. 5. Reposition Your Leadership Team: Empower leaders to champion digital initiatives and drive change. Remember, digital transformation is not a one-time event—it’s an ongoing journey. Let’s continue collaborating, sharing knowledge, and driving positive change together through innovative solutions. Thank you once again for your active participation. Let’s keep the momentum going! Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn to stay updated on future events and discussions. Thank you to my co-panelists Willie Reed Bruce R. This CIO article highlights a concerning trend: C-suite execs, including CIOs themselves, are losing confidence in IT's ability to deliver. Having invested in bridging the gap between IT and the business for the past 6 years, I've seen this firsthand, especially now in the public sector. I like the "maestro" analogy – IT leaders must balance keeping the lights on with security AND innovation, while earning trust and a seat at the business strategy table. #ITLeadership #DigitalTransformation #Innovation

The Observability Landscape is Shifting: New Leaders Emerge, Giants Fall. In the ever-evolving world of observability, the latest Gartner Magic Quadrant reveals a landscape where innovation and adaptability are key. While Dynatrace continues to lead, new entrants like Chronosphere and Grafana are making significant strides, challenging the status quo. Meanwhile, several giant vendors that once held prominent positions in the performance market have struggled to keep pace with the rapid "observability" advancements and increasing demands of modern enterprises. Companies like AppDynamics(Cisco) and Riverbed, once considered key players, have faced challenges in adapting to new technologies, integrating with open telemetry, and meeting the growing needs for comprehensive, enterprise-wide observability solutions. As a result, they(and others) have been unable to maintain their positions in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant, reflecting the fierce competition and the critical need for continuous innovation in this space. Dive into our latest blog to explore the key updates and what they mean for the future of observability.
