Probably through hustle, word of mouth, and trial and error. You kept repeating those processes, and eventually, they worked. Most business owners are tempted to hand-off things they hate way too soon. My advice: continue to push through on your own until you CANT keep up. I was a one man shop for the first year, and then a two man shop for the next 2 years. Only after we mastered our craft, systemized the processes, and built in checks, did we look to outsource. We’ve scaled massively since, but if we had tried to scale earlier—the chances of success would have been slim. Do you agree?
