However, I accidentally activated an e-mandate on my bank account, and now my CIBIL report shows a pending loan. I have sent multiple emails to support@mpokket.com, but they keep advising me to close the outstanding loan. I do not actually have a loan with mPokket. Could you please assist in unlinking the e-mandate and correcting my CIBIL report?"
