Over the past three years, our organization has been through tremendous changes and those changes have challenged all of us to lead in the in new and more efficient ways. And resilient leadership has really given me the tools to and the ability to lead and meet those challenges head on. Specifically, it's giving me the ability to be able to lead with greater clarification and calmness. But I think beyond that point is the fact that we all speak the same language. So when we go into meetings. Or when we start talking about the changes we have to made, the first thing we all, everybody says, well, we got to make sure that we lower anxiety and that we remain calm and, and that we, that we, everybody understands why we're doing what we're going to do that that clarity. So, so everybody's singing the same song. And I'm not just talking six or seven, you know, I'm talking almost 100 liters. And when you have 8 communities in multiple states, that really helps an organization be very healthy and, and, and get to your end result a lot faster. If I. As I look back at our last three years in the journey, you can significantly see where resilient leadership has had an impact on our success. So I would I would advocate that anybody that is looking for a new future for themselves, their team or their organization pursue the resilient leadership. It's just a great tool.
