🌟 Why Face-to-Face Networking is Key to Business Success 🌟 We just hosted our fourth face-to-face community meetup, and it’s a powerful reminder of how in-person connections can drive real results! Every time, we’ve seen our community members not only network but also find collaboration partners and even make new friends. It’s the best opportunity to meet like-minded people who share your goals and ambitions. Our latest gathering in Riga was a perfect example! We brought customers and experts together for a playful Lego Serious Play session—no name tags, no labels, just human connection at its finest. A huge thanks to Helena Heidemann for leading this inspiring session and to Laura Vanaga for reminding us of the true importance of networking for business success. 💡 So, why is networking crucial for your business? 🔑 Build Trust: Face-to-face interactions foster genuine, authentic relationships. 🔑 Create Opportunities: New partnerships, collaborations, and lasting friendships are born when people connect. 🔑 Gain Insights: Sharing knowledge and experiences can help you overcome challenges and discover new paths for growth. Our meetups have shown us time and again that when people come together, amazing things happen. If you’re looking to grow your business and connect with others on the same journey, don’t miss out on opportunities like these! Have you ever found a business partner or friend at a networking event? Tell us about it! 👇 #NetworkingMatters #BusinessGrowth #FaceToFace #CommunityMeetup #Collaboration #Partnerships #BusinessSuccess #MeetLikeMindedPeople #motiveereu #communitysupport

#networking I've been in a few business networking groups over the last five years - all of which have had their benefits in terms of business growth, learning and connections. And clients, of course. (Mind you, if finding clients is your sole reason for networking, you may be sorely disappointed.) The two I'm most engaged with at the moment are Edward Zia's Meetups and Zoom networking events (brilliant!) and the one in the image below - BconnectedWorld. We were a small but mighty group today - and to be honest, I often think small is better because we were able to ask questions and give advice at a more personal level. We had Alan Stevens at the helm, heard all about empathy in business from Angela Heise, plus had time to hear a little more about Lana Burgess Jacalyn Price Robert SchreiberNeville Starick Karin Zitzmann Ross Keating Sheridan Holmes Peter Rea Kerri Watkins Do you network? If so, where? #smallbusiness #collaboration #learning #growth

The Power of Networking: Follow-Up is Key to Collaboration! Networking doesn’t end when the event is over; real opportunities come from the follow-up. Here are my top 3 tips for meaningful connections: 1. Reach Out Within 72hours – Don’t let too much time pass. A quick follow-up keeps you fresh in their mind and shows genuine interest. 2. Share Value, Not Just a “Hello” – When you follow up, mention a key takeaway from your conversation, or offer a resource relevant to their work. This keeps the exchange purposeful. 3. Suggest a Next Step – Whether it’s a phone call, virtual coffee, or email exchange, suggest a way to continue the conversation and work toward potential collaboration. Networking is about building relationships, and that starts with showing you’re invested in making a difference together. #Path2Redemption #NPJS2024

Snippet of the day! Networking: It's What You Do After, That Counts! We cross paths with countless individuals in various forums, but networking is just the beginning. What truly matters is what happens after that initial connection. How do you make the most of their time—and yours? It's about turning those connections into meaningful relationships. Offer value, listen actively, stay curious and seek ways to collaborate or support each other's goals. Build connections that last! #Networking #BuildingRelationships #MutualValue
