Saturday morning reflections after a busy week at work coming back from vacations: -Taking time off is a MUST. Employees should be required to make use of their vacation days every year. It allows you to give your mind some space to think things thru and have additional perspective. It allows you to recharge. - Difficult conversations should not be avoided nor postponed, especially if you are leader.
