There are communities popping up left right and centre right now. The Hormozi impact after buying into Skool has been HOUGE. He’s a smart guy. But for many of us ‘oldies’ we understood the impact of communities a long time ago. The community sessions in The Zone have been running for over 2 years now. It’s my favourite part of the week. A small crew of ambitious peeps bringing their business vision to life. Seeing their progress seriously lights me up. My client Dan loves it so much he’s been in there from the start! I’ve been part of a few other communities, I still am. But I have to be honest The Zone is a little different than most. I made it that way. You see, I like to keep it personal. For me this works. So I keep member numbers low. Enabling 1:1 support to be high. There are many lessons I’ve learnt along the way to make your community a great place to be… 🙌🏼 Lead with no ego. Share what you’re working on, the wins AND the losses. It keeps things real and members will appreciate you more for it 🙌🏼 Be selective. One or two bad eggs will kill your vibe and the energy of the group. 🙌🏼 Set rules of engagement from the offset so that everyone is clear on community expectations. 🙌🏼 Give members a plan. Show people the steps they should take to get the result you know is possible for them. 🙌🏼 Read the crowd. Some people will always be the loudest. Be sure to let the quiet ones get a word in and not feel overpowered. 🙌🏼 Create a safe space for people to belong and are able to speak freely without judgement. Doors to The Zone are open. If you wanna get in front of more of the right people and wake up to calls booked in your calendar by dream clients each week, The Zone could be for you. Drop me a DM and I’ll send you the details.

🔥 Can you sell your community in just one sentence? If not, you may not be ready yet. Building a community isn't just about gathering people, it's about showing them why they belong in the first place. If you can't explain your community's value in one breath, then you've lost their attention. Here’s how to change that. 🧩 Hack 1: Get Laser Focused – Be crystal clear about your community's core purpose. Feedback helps you nail this down. 📊 Hack 2: Keep It Simple – Create a tagline or pitch that’s so easy to understand, even a kid could repeat it. That’s your power. 💬 Hack 3: Share Results – Show the wins, not just the process. People trust communities where they can see success, not just hear about plans. By nailing these, you’ll have your pitch ready in seconds and people won’t just join—they’ll stay. Your community’s clarity speaks volumes. Need more help? Your Community Won’t Make a Dime. Until you solve this one common mistake. 💡 Here’s the truth: Most communities don’t generate revenue. Not because people won’t pay. But because most community builders focus on growth, not value. 📊 A large community isn’t a valuable one. If your members don’t get real outcomes, they won’t stick around. 🤔 Ask yourself: Are you building a group or a movement? Movements inspire action. And action creates results your members are willing to pay for. 🚫 Stop obsessing over numbers. ✅ Obsess over transformation. The goal is not just engagement—it’s outcomes. 🔑 Here’s the key: Shift from providing information to solving real problems. When your community solves problems, revenue follows. My Lovely Planet is a 1.5 Million community. All behind ONE mission. Our community is a great asset because it's built on trust. Doing it requires 4 important elements: The Web3 space is quite crazy. 95% projects are either: • Infrastructure projects ⚙️ The foundation of everything else, but people don’t care about it. They don’t care about how it works, only about what they can do with it. • Projects promising a product which doesn’t really exist yet 🔮 They sell you dreams and you quickly realise they don’t have much. Once people realise it, they quickly loose hope in the project. That’s bad for them. But that’s a big opportunity for you! It means that simply by having a product and being transparent about what you actually do, you’re doing better than 95% projects! 🔥 Just 4 key elements: • Have a product, standing for a greater mission 👉 Your mission is your WHY. • Be transparent about what you actually do 👉 Say what you do and do what you say. • Be real 👉 Show yourself, your team, your strengths, your weaknesses. Be Human. • Listen to your community 👉 Your community is your most loyal customer, listen to what they say, select relevant feedback and implement them. If you can align these 4 elements, you’ll have a true trustful relationship with your community, and they will root for you!
